Main Lobby
A mural‑lined central hall featuring large WPA maritime frescoes and terrazzo flooring. It is the signature interior space of the Bathhouse. It contains exhibits that cannot be moved for private events—but will fascinate guests. Capacity: 90 guests standing, no seating available.

Main Floor Veranda
Immediately through the lobby is the main floor veranda, which has as stunning view of Black Point Cove and Alcatraz on the distance. Capacity: 180 guests standing/60 seated.

Blue Room
A large, circular room off the main lobby veranda with nautical motifs and an excellent view of Black Point Cove. Capacity: 130 guests standing/60 guests seated. 180 guests standing/60 seated.

Prismatarium
The “Prismatarium” is parrell to the Blue Room and just off the main floor veranda. The ceiling has a 1939 oil‑on‑plaster mural by Hilaire Hiler, created for the original WPA‑built Aquatic Park Bathhouse and designed to demonstrate the relationship between color and light. Capacity: 45 guests standing/no seating through high-top tables permitted.

3rd Floor
The 3rd floor is the premier space for events at the Aquatic Park Bathhouse. It is open and ready for tables, stages, or seats for weddings. The floor to ceiling windows overlook the bay and give a clear view of the hills of Marin. Doors open to the 3rd floor verandas, which are included on any rentals of the third floor. Capacity: 225 guests standing/150 seated.

Leasing Fee: Ranges from full building buy outs of $13,000 - $15,000 or leasing of one or two rooms starting at $4,000
What to Know Before You Rent:
• A Short-Term Lease is required for all events •
• Events must protect historic resources & visitor access. Most notably, no red wines or dark liquors are allowed in order to protect the historic, terrazzo floors which stain incredibly easily •
• Insurance is required depending •
• Setup & breakdown must occur within permitted hours that will not interfere with public access to this National Park Service site •
